Meet Sakshi

Clinical Psychologist

Sakshi is an open-minded, warm and empathetic Clinical Psychologist. Sakshi likes to establish strong and non-judgemental therapeutic relationships with her clients. She believes this is fundamental in creating a safe space for clients to be open and work collaboratively through their challenges, and ultimately improve their wellbeing.
Sakshi has experience working with young people and adults across public mental health settings and in private practice. This experience includes working with people who experience a range of mental health challenges, including people with Anxiety and Depressive Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders, Personality Disorders and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Sakshi also has extensive experience and enjoys working with neurodivergent people and people from LGBTIQA+ communities.
Sakshi is passionate about early intervention and working with individuals who are struggling with their sense of self, experiencing difficulties in regulating their emotions, and having challenges in their relationships. Sakshi has a particular interest in working within a trauma-informed framework and understanding an individual’s mental health difficulties in the context of their past life experiences.
Sakshi is trained and experienced in a range of different therapeutic modalities, but likes to take a person-centred approach in tailoring treatment to an individual’s unique needs.
